Bunny Berry Blood Melomel Mead

The bunny half of our company was craving something delicious with raspberries just like the meme of the white rabbit eating raspberries. To really be bold, he added blueberry and blackberry to the mix and used a souring yeast to make the berries shine. The result is a rich berry forward mead that reads like a raspberry yogurt and the lower ABV helps the bunny not hunger for the blood of it’s enemies.
